Acceptance of Terms
By accessing aerovend.net or submitting an inquiry to AeroVend LLC, you agree to these terms. AeroVend LLC provides automated vending machine programs for family-friendly venues, nightlife locations, and licensed venues. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.
Services
AeroVend installs and operates vending machines at partner venues, including machines stocked with trading cards and collectible products for all ages. Machine placement, restocking, revenue sharing, and scheduling are agreed separately in writing between AeroVend LLC and each venue partner.
Inquiries and Contact Form
Information submitted through our contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a visit, and prepare a machine placement proposal. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Text Message (SMS) Communications
If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree that AeroVend LLC may send you text messages about your inquiry, machine placement, scheduling, restocking, and account updates at the phone number you provided.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or partnership.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at vendaero7@gmail.com or (213) 255-9198.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

All product names, brand names, and trademarks shown are the property of their respective owners. AeroVend LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or trading card manufacturer.

AeroVend LLC provides this website and its services on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroVend LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
